The customer acknowledges that the Company is not a manufacture of goods. The company will endeavour to transfer any warranty of guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of Goods to the Company, any guarantee if applicable will be limited to replacement of goods subject to compliance of these terms and conditions.

In order to enforce the Manufactures conditions the Goods must be returned by the customer at the customers expense adequately packed and accompanied  with a letter of any fault or reason why the goods are not in good condition and a copy of the invoice and the details of the date when the Goods were supplied, within one month from the date of the invoice.

All Goods are sold as non returnable unless with prior approval has been made with the Company.

Any Goods returned without a valid copy invoice will not be accepted.The Company rerserves the right to charge any restocking fee for Goods returned.Any products returned that are products fitted, used, defaced or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for refund or credit repayment. Any Goods returned to the Company in accordance with the clauses mentioned above shall belong to the Company.

All products supplied are subject to the conditions that the customer complys with current legislation and written instructions and recommendations issued with the products, and all reasonable care and prudent precautions have as to installlation, use and maintainance have been observed.

The copyright and all patent and industrial property right in the Companys designs, data packaging and literature shall remain the the Companys property and no licence except as to the use for which the Goods are supplied shall be implied.
